The Domain Name Pro Edition name from the Domain Name Pro splash screen or window title

(if shown).

Please state whether you have purchased Domain Name Pro or you are still evaluating (some

features are disabled during the evaluation period).

The version numbers displayed on the Help, About dialog (program, domains list, link popularity,

competition, trademark).

Which version of the Windows operating system that you are using and if you have the latest

Windows updates installed.

The symptoms (including a screen shot if possible   that always helps).

Your full name and email address.

Support requests will be dealt with as soon as possible. We will notify you when your support

Feedback (Bugs, Suggestions, Comments)

Please use the Feedback option on the Help menu. You will be taken to a form on our web site to

select the appropriate feedback option and enter your comments. This feedback form automatically
