You can view the report before printing by using the Print Preview feature, accessible from the File

menu, from the Print Preview button 

 on the main toolbar, or from the popup menu for the

results table.

Printing the search results uses the current page setup options and can be performed in several

ways: From the file menu, by clicking the Print button 

 on the main toolbar, by selecting Print

from the popup menu for the results table, or by selecting Print from the Print Preview dialog.
