Added SOCKS firewall proxy (for domain searches) and HTTP proxy (for Mozzle News) settings

to the options dialog.

Added Use all words option to simple search. This will only generate domain names that consist

of all words given (and their alternatives). This option is on by default which changes the

behaviour of domain name generation from previous versions of Mozzle.

Added Keep approximate order option to simple search, available when the Use all words option

is selected. The domain names generated will contain the words in the same approximate order.

Added US, UK, and Canadian Trademark Searches to the results popup menu. These searches

are performed directly, using the official trademark web sites in your default browser.
