happens at many different levels

simultaneously. We've learned 

that there is no one clear path to

change, and no single measure 

of success. Instead we look for 

innovation at every turn. Our

approach to monitoring and 

guiding our progress takes many

different measures of success 

and innovation into account

these factors to track our progress. 

But while there is no one clear path

for innovation, there absolutely

must be a clear vision of the 

direction in which we are heading

  and it must be shared by

everyone in our corporation,
